Concerts Austria – Artistic Project Management

Concerts Austria is an international cultural organization dedicated to the development, production, and communication of concert projects, with a strong focus on contemporary music and intercultural exchange. Within Concerts Austria, I work in artistic project management, supporting the planning, coordination, and realization of concert projects. My role involves assisting with communication between artists and institutions, contributing to project organization, and supporting the administrative and production processes that enable artistic work to take place. This position has allowed me to gain insight into the professional structures behind contemporary music production, from early project planning to public presentation.
