Advent Calendar Opening – Saxophonorchester mdw

This performance marked the opening of the mdw Advent Calendar, presented at the Rathaus (Vienna City Hall) as part of the university’s annual public concert series. The Saxophonorchester mdw performed an orchestral arrangement of The Nutcracker by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, bringing a well-known symphonic work into a new sonic context through the saxophone ensemble.
